I recently purchased a TV stand. I had never heard of this company, I just took a chance. I am so glad that I did. I ordered my stand on Wednesday after 5:00 p.m., I received the TV stand at 1:00 p.m. on Friday of the same week. Less than 48 hours after ordering it. I am really pleased with the product. It is sturdy and beautiful! The corner had a little ding on it. Hi, I was looking for a compact CD/DVD holder and shopped all over the internet and found KeeperStores. They had the exact furniture I was looking for. The shipment was fast. It was a little hard to assemble and I had to hire a handy man to put it together. This is not a product just anybody can put together, you need two people. But it looks wonderful in my livingroom next to the TV. its the right height and doesnt overwhelm the room. The product is made of sturdy wood and itseems like it will last a long time. Arrived in 3 days; no damage due to the double boxing; excellent form and fit; solid construction and strength; assembly instructions are good, but could be improved by: a) noting that the side panels have front and back edges (the back edges have grooves for the back panel), 2) indicating where to use the provided glue, and 3) naming the hardware with a picture in the instructions. These are not significant if you pay attention while assembling.

HUGE SpinKeeper in Oak
My problem was that I had several small media storage devises around my condo and I would just lay my DVDs and CDs on any convenient nitche that was available when they were full. I sometimes could never find them when I wanted them. Over the years I found that I had purchased some of the same DVDs and CDs 2 & 3 times because of my lack of organization. I found that out as I began putting and organizing them in my newly assembled tower. What a shock.
I went online to research mass storage revolving towers in hopes it would solve my problem. After about a week of searching I came to the KeeperStores site. The price and all other aspects (including previous customer comments) of dealing with them seemed to be too good. I bookmarked the site and after about a month of procrastinating, I ordered.
The tower arrived in a timely manner. The exterior box was slightly crunched in delivery. Not to worry as it was double boxed and the interior boxes and tower parts were safely nestled inside.
Assembly and directions were easy and took me about a half hour. It took about another half hour putting in all those little metal dowels that hold up the shelves. Everything was machined to perfection as it all went together without a hitch and everything (all the holes and attachment points) lined up perfectly.
It is substantial in construction and is a welcomed addition to my condo. It solved my problem with space left over. It blends in with the other furniture in my condo. The tower and the KeeperStores service is as advertised. Yes, I would definitely buy again from and reccomend KeeperStores.

The outer box was slightly damaged when it arrived - but as the contents were securely packaged there was no damage whatsoever to the cabinet. The instructions consisted of drawings - sometimes without adequate identification of small parts. But having put together furniture before it was not too hard to figure out. The cabinet was solid and looked very nice when finished - we will probably purchase from TVKeepers.com again in the future

Quick delivery of both items (although ordered together, they arrived a few days apart). Both were easy to assemble although the directions for the large cd tower left something to be desired (words would help). Total assembly time for the tower was a hour & a half. Both pieces look stunning in the dark cherry and easily blend with older antique pieces. There should be more quality items out there at these prices. Sliding Glass Door Cabinet
Product was 1559 700CD Glass Sliding Door. Delivery was very quick, less than a week from order to doorstep. Packaging was excellent. Assembly was simple to understand and is purposefully designed to minimize errors. It took about 2 hours from start to finish, but for something of this size, this cabinet is the easiest Ive ever put together. Design is elegant, the cherry color is quite handsome, and the construction is rock solid. Highly recommended. Construction Tips: Vacuum loose wood particles on parts prior to assembly. Each plastic bag of parts is specifically sealed with all the parts needed for one step, so avoid mixing them. Clean the glass with Windex prior to assembly for a streakless finish. Assemble on carpet

Excellent customer service when I placed the order. The Apathocary arrived reasonably quick.
Two of the drawers had some aesthetic damage ( one had a deep scratch which showed the raw wood under the finish and the other had a puncture which showed the raw wood).
I contacted them and received an immediate reply. I was instructed who to contact to receive replacement drawers.
One week later my replacement drawers arrived at my home in a safe, well-packed box; in perfect condition.

Mission Cabinet

Deep Cherry Mission Cabinet
We purchased this cabinet for our DVDs. When it arrived we thought we received the wrong piece. I e-mailed and called Customer Service. I had to leave a voice mail with a return number and they got back to me the next day. I had also sent an e-mail which was signed by a person I could reply to. All this was for not, because we did receive the correct item...it was packaged in a box which reflected a different piece but sure enough, it was exactly what we ordered. After realizing this was the only cabinet of its kind (Walnut 1560W 3-door media cabinet)to be found, I chose SpinKeeper to purchase it from. Anything even close to this cabinet at a furniture store costs over twice as much! Shipping was on time and double-boxing the item made all the difference! Cabinet is particle board with a real wood veneer, but so are fancy kitchen cabinets in new homes anymore because of the lack of old-growth trees. The sliding doors with real glass work beautifully! The stain is applied well and consistently.
Since Im a carpenter, and my cabinet was going to cover a floor vent, I built decorative real-wood feet 3-1/2 high, stained them to match, and attached them to the bottom of the cabinet. I though I would have to put a screw through the back of the cabinet into the wall to keep it sturdy, but this cabinet is very well made and very sturdy, even with added legs!! Very Pleased!

Double-Wide Glass Door Media Cabinet
I ordered a media cabinet from Keeper Stores for a fair price. They promplly acknowledged my order and kept me informed of the progress in shipment. They estimated the delivery time and met it to the hour.
The cabinet required assembly. The assembly instructions were adequate and all the parts were there. It is a sturdy and beautiful addition to our family room and neatly allowed us to store a lot of our movies out of sight.

Huge (1040) Spinkeeper
I bought one of these 2 years ago and then just last week at it was still the same price! These carousels are the best on the market hands down! I buy 2-6 DVDs every Tuesday when they come out and I just filled my first one which holds 660 DVDs and am now on my second one. I put this one together (and the first one) in about 15 mins. What a gem this product is. I will keep buying them.

Largest Capacity Spinkeeper (1600)
I purchased the largest capacity 1600 SpinKeeper in black. It arrived quickly, with no damage. All the parts were included and in fine order. Assembly took two people as noted on their web site and the time to assemble was about right too. Their web site did not detail the composition of the spin mechanism, which is hard plastic rollers. These work fine right now - quiet and smooth spinning - but I have to wonder how long these will hold up under a full load of DVDs. I marked Shipping Options and Customer Service a 3 (the middle category) because I had no experience either way. Im happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to use these folks again.

I recently ordered a media Library Cabinet. Ordering and shipment were fast. Unfortunately, the cabinet was damaged in transit. Thanks to the excellent Customer Service staff, a replacement was sent immediately and the damaged cabinet returned at no additional cost to me. The replacement Cabinet is a nice piece of furniture and it now looks great in my living room. Really Big Spinner in Oak – Item Code#1302A
We were so pleased with our first SpinKeeper that within the week we ordered this second one. When the boxes arrived we were very worried that the wood would be damaged since the box was not in perfect shape. But upon opening the boxes, we saw that the SpinKeeper was packed in a different box and then placed in the outside box.
Customer service was very good also. Once we had seen the first SpinKeeper and wanted to order the next, I had contacted them by email. The very next day instructions were given how to purchase the second.
We havent opened out second SpinKeeper yet, since we are doing some remodeling at this time, but our first SpinKeeper is already full and we will be putting up our second very soon. Im sure therell be no problem.

The only negative had nothing to do with Keeper Stores. The box arrived appearing as if it had been thrown out of a moving truck! But the cabinet was intact and not damaged. That was obviously the carriers fault.

The packaging was beyond excellent. Even though the package clearly stated This side Up and Fragile, the UPS driver rolled the box end over end up my sidewalk. The package corners were crushed, but the cabinet was inside foam and cardboard protection and was not harmed in any way!

Information on the model, as well as related models, was excellent. Shipping options were competitive, and I was able to track UPS shipping online. When the box arrived, it was badly damaged on the outside, but fortunately it had been expertly packed, apparently in anticipation of the abuse a heavy item like CD shelving can take in transit. It emerged from the packaging unscathed. In all, an excellent online buying experience.
